L. J. Rivera III, a Native American-Spanish writer and photographer, was born in East L.A. to parents who grew up in the projects and ghettoes of Southern California. Despite their humble beginnings, they worked tirelessly to provide for their sons. L. J. received a blessed education and gained worldly experiences through his travels across America and abroad. Currently, he resides in Yavapai County, Arizona, and has made it his home.

LJ’s photography focuses on landscape and nature. He celebrates the breathtaking beauty of the natural world, drawing from his rich cultural heritage. His work blends vivid colors and textures of diverse landscapes with a deep respect for the environment.
